Price for Life offer. This offer applies to subscriptions signed on or before 31 December 2026. On annual billing, your plan price and per-user price are held for the life of that subscription, including renewals, provided it continues without a break. On monthly billing, prices are held for 12 months from signing.

Changing plans. Firms that upgrade move to the offer price of the new plan. For Enterprise, the price held is the one agreed in your proposal.

Enterprise is offered at £799 a month (£639 on annual billing) until 28 February 2027. From 1 March 2027 the standard price is £999 a month (£799 on annual billing).

Not included in plan prices: implementation, data migration, storage beyond plan limits and tailoring outside the agreed scope. These are scoped and quoted separately.

Trials and Starter accounts are set up the same day after a 15-minute call. All prices exclude VAT. Full terms are set out in your subscription agreement.
