1. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR UPDATES?

We're always making improvements to our software! We want you to be able to keep pace with the latest features and benefits. That's why we give you all of the updates for FREE, no matter how big or small. Our software is on the cloud, so when we make an update, they automatically show up in your account. No need to download new versions of our program or pay for updates separately.

2. ARE MY DATA SECURE?

You're probably aware that security is a top priority for any business. SpineLegal has taken this to heart and built our software from the ground up with security in mind. You can rest assured that your data and documents are safe. SpineLegal's architecture lets you keep your data on your private cloud, which is an innovative approach, and we can show you how easy it is to set up!

3. HOW LONG ARE YOUR CONTRACTS?

This is your one-stop-shop for all your legal needs, and there’s never a long-term commitment. We believe that every business should be able to experience the power of our service to see if it’s right for them. To make it easier on you, we offer flexible monthly plans and you can cancel anytime with no strings attached. There are no hidden fees or surprises, so you can focus on what matters most while we take care of the rest.

4. IF I HAVE QUESTIONS, IS THERE SOMEONE I CAN TALK TO?

We're excited to have you with us and are committed to answering your questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can find all the answers you need in our educational videos, or just click on the "support" link on any of our pages or email support in-spine.com.

5. IF I CANCEL MY SPINELEGAL ACCOUNT, WILL I LOSE MY DATA?

Your data is yours. We work with you to make sure it stays safe, even if you cancel your account. So, no worries about losing your data if you need to pause for a while or cancel your account. At SpineLegal, we believe that you should own the data and never lose access to it. That’s why we don't charge for our export service! Our goal is to help you take control of the data on your account so that if anything happens, it's in your hands.

6. DO I HAVE TO INSTALL ANYTHING?

Yes! If you are using the desktop application it will be installed. But we created SpineLegal so you wouldn’t have to have a whole I.T. department to run your office! Just login and we have the tools to get you started in no time. Even to migrate from other systems.

7. CAN YOU HANDLE THE LOAD?

We offer a high-powered, secure service for your business. What does this mean for you? It means we have virtually unlimited ability to scale in real time so that your site can handle sudden spikes in traffic without any downtime. Additionally, our security is unmatched by any other hosting company out there because we're powered by Microsoft and backed up by CloudFlare Security + CDN. We also make sure to provide backup CDN servers in case of any unexpected downtime. Whether you do 100 logins or 100,000+ today, it won’t slow us down!

8. WHO OWNS THE DATA / CUSTOMERS / SUBSCRIBERS?

You do have full ownership of any content you upload to SpineLegal. That includes any information you get from your users on their behalf, as well as any contact data you collect about them. SpineLegal just provides the platform for you to deliver your services.

9. IF I DON'T LIKE SPINELEGAL, HOW DO I CANCEL?

Simply login to your account, click on your account settings and click “cancel my account”. No need to call, email, or talk to anyone!

10. DOES SPINELEGAL WORK ON APPLE MAC MACHINES?

We’re SpineLegal, a company that developed an innovative legal software for Windows-based computers. Now, we have a way to run it on Apple MAC machines! No issues at all. This means you can use the same software you love on your windows machine, but now it's also compatible with MAC.

11. HOW IS SPINELEGAL PRICED?

We want to make sure that you are getting the most value from our service and have a plan that works for your budget. With plans starting at the very low end, we have a range of packages to suit every size of business. We also offer a 'done it for you' service where we'll take care of all the heavy lifting for you.

12. HOW MUCH EFFICIENCY SAVINGS ARE YOU SEEING?

Some of our clients are saving 8-10 hours per case, while others are saving 3-4 hours. On average, our customers save 4 hours per case. What this means is that a firm with 10 cases in a month will save 40 hours a month, equivalent to 1 week. This is how SpineLegal pays for itself and more.

13. DO YOUR OFFER A TRIAL?

We would love to offer you a trial period to see if SpineLegal is the right fit for your business. However, we’ve found that a trial period doesn’t really give you the full experience, as we can’t spend time with you on the phone or through one of our onboarding sessions. So instead, try it out and convince yourself. You won't find a more powerful legal solution with no contract than SpineLegal.

14. WHAT ARE THE KEY FEATURES THAT IS MAKING SPINELEGAL UNIQUE?
